1st Session of the New Era: Executing at Your Highest Level: Turning Vision Into Results

The first MMA Monday Masterclass at the Business Growth Gallery (BGG) began with a direct challenge from Lucy Quiñones: Are you executing at your highest level?

It’s easy to talk about goals, potential and the future we want to create.

The real test is whether our daily actions support that vision.

Lucy reminded us that money may not be the most important thing in life,

but it can make the most important things more achievable.

It allows us to care for our families, invest in our businesses, support our communities, and create opportunities for others.

The conversation wasn’t simply about making more money.

It was about becoming the person capable of producing better results.

Defining Your Highest Level

Lucy opened the discussion by asking participants to describe what executing at their highest level would look like in their businesses.

Instead of accepting general answers, she encouraged everyone to identify specific goals and measurable outcomes.

This led to one of the session’s central lessons:

We don’t see life only as it is.

We see it through our own experiences, beliefs, fears and expectations.

When we say the market is difficult, people aren’t motivated, or opportunities aren’t available, we must first examine whether our mindset is affecting what we see.

Sometimes the problem isn’t the people, the market, or the opportunity.

Sometimes the problem is how we’re approaching it.

Are You a Person Worth Following?

Lucy then asked the group a question that caused several participants to pause:

Are you a person worth following?”

This wasn’t a question about popularity or social media followers.

It was about results, leadership and impact.

If someone followed your example for 90 days, where would your habits, decisions, relationships and strategies take them?

Would they become more productive?

Would they make better connections?

Would they generate additional revenue?

Would they enter rooms that could expand their thinking and opportunities?

Most importantly,

would there be measurable evidence that following your example was worth their time?

These honest answers demonstrated an important part of growth.

Saying “not yet” doesn’t mean failure.

It means recognizing the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

Reverse Engineer the Results

Once the vision is clear, the next step is to work backward from the desired result.

What actions must happen every day?

The goal becomes more achievable when it’s converted into specific activities.

If you’ve never seen someone accomplish what you want to accomplish under circumstances similar to yours, finding the right model can help make the goal more believable and provide a practical example to study.

We become influenced by the people around us, but we’re also influenced by the people we consistently watch.

That makes it important to follow professionals whose results habits, and values match the future you want to create.

Your Presentation Must Match Your Vision

Goals aren’t supported by words alone.

The way you think, speak, dress, communicate and operate should reflect the level you’re working toward.

Lucy compared this to placing a diamond inside a newspaper instead of presenting it in a beautiful box.

The diamond may have the same value but the presentation affects how people perceive it.

It was about alignment.

“As people see you effects how they will treat you.

As you see yourself guides how you treat yourself.”

If you say you want to become a high-performing professional, your habits and presentation should support that identity.

Your packaging should be consistent with the value you provide.

Teamwork Expands What’s Possible

Gino Pringle (The Realtor in The Yellow Hat) continued the session with a presentation about teamwork.

He explained that teamwork is more than working beside another person.

It’s the ability to combine different strengths, perspectives and ideas to accomplish something greater than any individual could accomplish alone.

Gino discussed leadership that empowers instead of controls.

Strong leaders guide, support and create opportunities for others to contribute.

They build confidence and encourage people to take initiative rather than creating dependency.

The Business Growth Gallery and Winners Wednesday have already demonstrated the power of this kind of collaboration.

Professionals from different industries, generations and backgrounds have connected, built relationships and created opportunities without treating one another as competition.

Teamwork isn’t limited to one event or project.

It’s a mindset that influences how we communicate, collaborate and succeed together.

Deciding What You Deserve

Lucy closed the masterclass by sharing a personal lesson about money and self-worth.

Growing up around financial struggle created a fear of losing money.

Even as she worked and accomplished more, part of her still carried the mindset of someone who needed to hold tightly to everything she had.

That perspective began to change after meeting a man who had worked extremely hard for 25 years.

He explained that he invested in quality clothing and experiences because he had worked for them and believed he deserved to enjoy the results.

This raised another powerful question for the group:

Who are you no longer willing to be?

Capture, Connect, and Convert

The Business Growth Gallery (BGG) represents more than a new location.

It creates a bridge between business professionals and the marketplace.

The new vision is simple: Capture, connect and convert.

Capture attention by showing people something meaningful.

Connect by building genuine relationships.

Convert those relationships into opportunities, partnerships, clients and measurable results.

The Business Growth Gallery (BGG) is the beginning of a much larger vision with plans to bring the gallery model into additional malls and communities.

The question now is whether you’ll continue celebrating small wins while remaining comfortable, or whether you’ll commit to playing at your highest level.
